Delete your account

You can delete your Goalify account and all its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Goalify and tap your picture at the top right.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@goalify.dev from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and email address
  • Your name, avatar and uploaded photo
  • All your goals, steps, habits, tasks, streaks, focus sessions and settings
  • Your coach plan counts

What is kept

  • Database backups roll off within 30 days.
  • Crash reports (no app content) expire within 90 days, and usage events within 12 months.
  • Purchase records kept by Google Play, Apple and RevenueCat, as the law requires.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Goalify Pro subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
