GoalifyThese terms are an agreement between you and Priyank Jadav, publishing as CraftStudios ("we", "us") about using the Goalify app. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Goalify
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
2. Your account
Keep access to your email or sign-in provider secure; anyone with it can sign in as you. You're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
3. Goalify Pro
- Goalify is free to use with limits. Goalify Pro removes the limits and includes all AI features. It is sold as a subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- Free trial: the yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. After cancelling, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies.
- If prices change, we'll tell you in advance, and the store will ask for your agreement where required.
4. The AI coach
- The coach suggests plans to help you get things done. Its suggestions can be wrong or not right for you. You decide what to add, and you're responsible for what you do.
- It is not medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. For those, talk to a qualified professional. If you're in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away.
- Coach plans are limited, and we say so up front: Pro includes 30 coach plans a day, and free accounts get 5 a month. A plan is one coach chat, however many messages it takes. The count resets each day (or month), and the app tells you when you are running low.
5. Using Goalify fairly
Don't misuse the app: no breaking the law, harassing others, trying to get the coach to produce harmful content, getting around limits or payments, reverse engineering, overloading our servers, or accessing other people's data. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
6. Your content
What you put in Goalify is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Our app
The Goalify app, name, logo and design belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Music, emoji and other third-party assets in the app are used under their own licences, listed in the app.
8. Changes and availability
We keep improving Goalify, so features may change. We aim to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change applies.
9. Liability
Goalify is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
